It's easiest to travel to Brussels Centraal. From there, it's a short 10 minute walk to the Marriott hotel.
When arriving by air to Brussels-Zaventem (Brussels National) Airport, the easiest way to reach the hotel is by train. Proceed to the train station in the basement of the airport (there are clear signs pointing to trains) and purchase a ticket to Brussels Centraal. The Marriott hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the central station.
Note that both the hotel and the ULB campus are within the Brussels Low Emissions Zone. Drivers of cars registered abroad are required to register before entering the LEZ, or risk being fined. Registering is free of charge. More information can be found on https://www.lez.brussels/en.
